Ojuju Agbadufu Igala, the umbrella youths organization for the Igala people of Kogi State,  has cautioned Ebira Youth Congress on the danger of making inflammatory and uncouth statements as regards the forthcoming Governorship election in Kogi that will feature the incumbent  Governor Yahaya Bello, who is Ebira from Kogi Central and a major contender,  Engr Musa Wada from Igala speaking area of Kogi State. In what can be described as a case of tactical boomerang, on Friday, 18 October 2019, some marauding Boko Haram criminals elements who were escaping the unbearable counter by troops met their waterloo as one of their vehicles, a Toyota Sam Sahara Model, mistakenly stepped on an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) laid by them. Tukur Buratai's  directives, formation and unit commanders have moved to sustain operational activities nationwide.  Troops are to continue relentless onslaught in combatting threats of  insurgency, armed banditry, kidnapping, herdsmen-farmers clashes, cultism and communal crises, amongst others.  A statement by the army authorities said between 1st and 2nd October 2019, several operational achievements were recorded against criminals by troops deployed on Operation LAFIYA DOLE and Operation MESA nationwide.  Some notable achievements recorded are highlighted below: OPERATION LAFIYA DOLE In continuation of their aggressive patrols, and ambushes to detect, deter and decimate marauding criminal insurgents, in the early hours of 2nd October 2019, the gallant troops of 192 Battalion, Sector 1 Operation LAFIYA DOLE conducted an ambush operation at LOKODISSA general area of GWOZA LGA of Bor
